Sales
Through our fully integrated computer system and our helpful experienced sales staff we have been able to achieve considerable success in fulfiling our customers requirements no matter how special or individual they may be. Flexibility is a keyword in our sales strategy whether it be next day delivery of a few pieces or several pallets of items specially packaged.
Warehouse
We are committed to continually extending and enlarging the size and depth of stock-holding in order to accommodate our customer's ever increasing and varying needs. We do not, like many of our competitors, specialise in a few main product lines but, in fact, pride ourselves on our varied and extensive range of all industrial fasteners. To compliment this we also provide consignment stock or JIT stocking for some of our larger customers as well as scheduled or other stocking arrangements individually tailored to our customers requirements.

Our commitment to our customers also extends to the quality of the products that we supply. To this end, we at Folly Mill are fully commited to a rigorous on-going assessment of our systems and of our suppliers.
We have a fully operational quality department committed to ensuring the high standards already achieved continues and with our on-going monitoring system we can constantly maintain the excellence expected of us. To this end we have successfully attained registration to BS.EN.ISO.9000:2000.
